Any equipment needed: Mat required, Yoga Block and Strap if desired


Description: A yoga class for those new to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe with the movements, and helps you feel more comfortable in your yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Level of experience: All inclusive


Any equipment needed: Mat required, Yoga Block and Strap if desired


Description: This class is designed for all experience levels. In our Gentle Flow Yoga Class, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga, or those who need a change of pace. Also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.

Level of experience: All inclusive


Any equipment needed: Mat, Yoga Blocks, Bolster, and Blankets required, and Strap if desired


Description: Restorative yoga is a practice of passive healing. It is great for students that are looking for a gentle, supportive and therapeutic practice. Each class uses a variety of props to support students in holding a pose for 3 to 8 minutes before switching to another pose.

Level of experience: Intermediate


Any equipment needed: Mat required, Yoga Block and Strap if desired


Description: A yoga class for students familiar to Vinyasa style classes. This class uses foundational yoga postures, breath work, and stories to help you connect your mind, body, and spirit within your yoga practice. This class is faster paced than our Yoga Basics class, and incorporates a combination of strength building yoga poses and cardiovascular yoga flows.
