To make a return:
To return a product, send the product back to Moving Beyond, Attn: Returns, 4317 Upton Ave S, Suite D, Minneapolis, MN 55410 via mail or drop it off at our studio during posted business hours. Please include proof of purchase, reason for the return, and your contact details. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Our refund processing time generally takes one week.
Important Note: Donations made to our organization are not eligible for a return unless the donation was made in error. Proof or explanation of the error must be provided in writing via email to email@example.com.
