Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with any purchase of a product sold from our online store. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return the product for a full refund or exchange the product with something else from our inventory of equal value.. 

To make a return:

• Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]
• Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

To return a product, send the product back to Moving Beyond, Attn: Returns, 4317 Upton Ave S, Suite D, Minneapolis, MN 55410 via mail or drop it off at our studio during posted business hours. Please include proof of purchase, reason for the return, and your contact details. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Our refund processing time generally takes one week.

Important Note: Donations made to our organization are not eligible for a return unless the donation was made in error. Proof or explanation of the error must be provided in writing via email to info@movingbeyond.studio.
