Any equipment needed: Yoga mat and/or meditation cushion if desired


Description: Guided imagery is a type of meditation led by a teacher that helps participants generate mental images that simulate or re-create the sensory perceptions of sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch. Participants may experience profound emotions and feelings, as well as deep states of relaxation. Guided imagery is a tool that supports moving beyond your current state towards greater healing, stress relief, and personal development.

Description: Each class will introduce you to a different type of meditation. Styles will include breath, mantra, toning, movement, spiritual, and guided meditations. It is a great class for beginners to experiment with meditation, and an opportunity for seasoned meditation students to move beyond their comfort zone and try something new. Results will vary for each participant and are often described as greater mental clarity, relaxation, and even bliss!
